I’m taking a step back

 

 

What do I want to do? It’s not totally clear right now.

One breath at a time, inhale and exhale.

One thought at a time, inhale, exhale.

One thing at a time, inhale, exhale.

Taking it all back to one breath at a time.

Stepping back into the shadows, not to be unseen, but to think about where I want to shine and where I want to be seen. To reignite the guidance system within me.

To reconnect to myself, and what makes my heart and soul sparkle.

I’ve felt overwhelmed recently. I took on too much in my quest to become better, faster, attain new knowledge.

I’m slowing down and taking a step back. Taking deeper breaths. Questioning everything and looking inside for answers and listening deeply.

I’m better when I listen and take my time.

I’m writing more, reading more, breathing more, listening more, following my heart more.

I’m stepping back so I can move forward fully, truthfully, meaningfully. Fully me.

To follow my own path, and not just what comes along.
